After two recently hernia surgeries and almost dying twice after the second one, Ive had a rough time with my health situation lately. And lots of doctor appointments etc. Today I had a scheduled visit from Rosetta from Interim Healthcare. She was fantastic. She was caring, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The phone staff is just as good. This is a good company with a great staff, I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality home care. Easy 5 out of 5 stars.

Exceptional Care and Compassion – Highly Recommend! A huge thank you to Jamie, Regina, and the Interim Healthcare team! From the very beginning, Jamie’s can-do attitude, empathy, professionalism, and passion absolutely astounded me. I immediately knew this was someone—and a company—I could trust with my mother’s safety and well-being. Jamie’s communication was excellent, always available via phone or text, and when she said something would be done, I could count on it. I trusted her instantly. The caregivers who looked after my mom were nothing short of extraordinary. Shonda, Nikita, Pam, Donna, and Shalimar were all incredible—each bringing their unique gifts and expertise to their care. Watching them work with such skill and compassion was not only reassuring but also deeply inspiring. Regina worked tirelessly behind the scenes to manage myriad schedules, and even coordinated 24/7 coverage in the middle of a major blizzard. Beyond their professionalism, it was the little things that truly moved me—sharing snacks, taking extra walks to support my mom’s physical therapy progress, and above all, treating her like their own mother. That level of care is rare, and it meant everything to me. Today marked the last day of needing Interim’s services as my mom transitioned home from skilled nursing. The caregiver’s thoughtful suggestion to accompany her during the move made all the difference, turning what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and seamless experience. I even found myself choked up when they left—proof of just how much this team became like family. It was a pleasure working with them, and I wholeheartedly recommend Interim to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and trustworthy care for their loved ones.

they told my mom that our insurance didn’t cover home health care because “she wasn’t homebound.” she in fact WAS homebound. she hasn’t been able to go anywhere since march. she called our insurance company and they did cover home health care. terrible first impression of this place, definetly do not use them if you want a good first impression!

I don’t know what I would have done after my surgery without Mary from Interim. She came twice a week and went above and beyond what would be expected. She was smart, caring, and knowledgeable. She was a true blessing. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.
