Had a terrible experience today 12//8/2025 at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. My wife had total knee replacement 12/4/2025 at Owensboro Health Hospital in Owensboro. Everything went great. Today she started PT at Greenville. I pull up to the main entrance door and go inside to get a wheelchair and they have been replaced with the new STAXI. No traditional wheelchairs available. Physical therapist said they have all been replaced. The new STAXI does not provide any support for a patient’s leg that’s had knee surgery. I don’t know who brainstormed this idea but they didn’t think it through. After getting her inside I had to hunt down a regular sitting chair and park it in front of her so she could prop up her leg up and have support. I’ll be going out to purchase a wheelchair to take her to PT so she can sit comfortably. Sad but true. James Johnson

Called on July 10, 16:45 to determine if a certain E.R. physician was available to address a probable mytotoxin infection from exposure to toxic mold. Call taker refused to provide name of attending physician on duty. Condition requires knowledge of airborne mold infections. Mobility is impared. No personally identifiable info was requested. Muhl. Community Hosp., is a publicly financially supported teriaiary care entity that also accepts Private insurance. Since this is the 2nd denial to provide relevant assistance in a medically necessary condition, Joint Commission on Accredidation of Hospitals evaluation form requested.

This pain clinic I was in terrible chronic pain went here hoping I could get some help Dustin Walker nurse practitioner could care less how bad you hurt he just types and doesn't offer to help and treat the pain I went out there with nothing I would not recommend this clinic to no one they could care less about the pain the patients are in they were that way with me told me when I checked out call if you need us that was what I was there for if you want help from servere pain you want get it here. Terrible experience I had with Dustin Walker Nurse practitioner.
