Day before discharge and they decided to no longer give care because of hospital stays what kind of nonsense is that! Zero stars!!! They’re all alike! Its all about the $$$

I had 2 care givers: Mary and Beth. Both were professional, caring, friendly and helped me progress. I had a knee replacement. The exercises were painful, yet the ladies gave me confidence and my knee became more flexible to the point that I could be transferred to out patient therapy. I was very satisfied with the level of care I received.

Think twice before having them come out to your house. One nurse started to sell my mother in law supplies that Medicaid was giving to her. She asked for cash also. Not knowing any different my MIL gave her what little cash she had. We later found out she had stole gift cards from the cabinet. When we reported it she then calls my MIL and chews her out. If they are coming to help an elderly person it would be a good idea to have someone there to watch them

Since my surgery I haven't been able to do much. The admissions nurse Kathy was so nice, respectful and went beyond her job to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. My physical therapist is kind, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable about the muscles and the spine. He's taught me so much about my body and how to make sure I'm not doing to much but enough to strengthen my muscles and spine. My occupational therapist is a family man of faith,he listens to whatever problems I've got going on,we share our testimonies about God and how he's blessed us,he helped me hang my shower curtain,is kind, considerate, respectful and genuinely loves his job. It's nice to have people who enjoy what they do,take great care of you and when they leave I feel better. Everyone that's been a part of my life for the last month has gone beyond my expectations and I've had other home health agencies in the last 2 1/2 year's, I had a couple of people from the other agency that I'm friends with but Caretenders as a group has just been amazing and I'm so BLESSED to have them in my life making me stronger.

I would have given them no stars if I could. DO NOT have this place take care of your loved one of you want anything done right. You have to constantly keep calling and leaving messages for someone to call back. We have been waiting for the past 2 weeks for someone to order wound care supplies for my mom and we have yet to have them ordered or sent. Meanwhile ahe haa been without supplies for The past 2 weeks. The nurses act like they don't know how to clean her leg. This is not the place if you want something done right.
