I had a knee replacement and had two weeks of PT and nurse visits. Both the nurse, Brittany, and the physical therapist, Hannah, were very knowledgeable, personable, and a real joy to work with. I highly recommend this company for home care.

The complaint that I have is not about the nurse that I had the nurse was wonderful very nice knew what she was doing and very caring this complaint is about the company itself I would not go to this company because of what they did to me I’m a veteran 72 years old I have PTSD depression and I have trouble filling my pill planters which my nurse had approval from VA for 180 days for filling my pill planners last week my nurse got a text from the company personal touch saying that I have met my goals and wanted her to discharge me so now I have no one to help me with my pills which she got approval for from VA. The company personal touch decided for themselves that I didn’t need any help so now I don’t have anybody to help me just remember this complaint is only about the company not the nurse I had the nurse I had was the best

Would give 0 if possible. Try to dispute a bill and am told to call the billing agency. Was never given the option to dispute from the supervisor at Personal Touch. The total due that Fort Thomas had was different then what is on my bill. Seems little fishy to me. No clear answers, just the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Late showing up, didnt do what was promised or what they said they would do, blood test results not called into the doctor many times. Charged for "consultation" from occupational and physical therapy (didnt need) for 5 or 10 minutes of time. Was told 5 months later that they don't accept our health insurance that we had. I think that we should have been told that from the start so the hospital could have picked a different one (was not our choice of in home Healthcare) Was told that is why they use this billing company, so insurance will pay. PICK A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR THIS OR USE FAMILY IF POSSIBLE. There is something not right here.

Personal touch was used for my father. He had one visit with a nurse and then was dropped as a client for an unknown reason. Spoke with a supervisor and not much was settled. I am very upset with how the company handled his case.

Deep on administration, not much good at performing a service. Transferred 3 times when I called late morning to find out why they hadn't called me yet. Upset that I expected some idea of when they would be coming by. Their argument was that I should be home bound and thus subject to their whim. Finally declined their services without ever seeing a nurse.
