If I could give 0 stars I would. I emailed Thelma Branson the same day she emailed me or a day after. I emailed multiple times & called and she never responded. My advice ? Don’t even waste your time

I am very disappointed in the lack of compassion that your facility exhibited at the death of my Aunt Madge during her passing. All the times I came there and called, each time going to nurses station to make sure you had my name and phone number to contact me when My Aunt Madge passed. When I got there last Saturday to visit, I was told he had died three months ago, no one called me, there are no family members there I have contact with so I depended on you. Not only did you tell me my Aunt had died, but cold emotions were exhibited when you told me my cousin Doyle Cook had died too, My aunt madge was with you a long time. the least you could have done was pick up the phone can contact me, Ms. Hemlick your Aunt Madge passed away. I missed the funeral and her burial. I did not get to say goodbye.
