These people do nothing but lie to your face. My grandfather was seen by one of their nurses. They never called and told him they were coming, just showed up. My grandmother spoke with a Deborah or Debbie about this and was given the run around by her. Furthermore, there would be weeks where nobody would come out to his home. I called and spoke with the manager named Brandy and she tried to tell me that her nurses WERE coming out. I’m here to tell you they were not. Would not recommend anyone getting help from these people. They promised us a ton of stuff at the hospital and VNA did not do what they told us they would. And they are just flat out rude. If I could give 0 stars I would but I had to give one to make the post even tho they don’t deserve it.
