They didn't even try to help my mom with her physical therapy. She does her leg exercises everyday that she needed to. They came out and did the same stuff she can do on her own. They never even tried to get her up to stand up and try for her to do thay a couple of times. They just said she is bedridden permanently. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all. They dnt even try to help a person get well

The nurse that was supposed to show up today for my 95-year-old aunt in a nursing home fail to show up after two calls. Was supposed to be there at 10 AM, then one PM, then just never showed up! She is really in need of help, so I guess we will have to look elsewhere! This is ridiculous! I would give them a zero, if I could!

I would give 0 stars if possible. The nurse that was supposed to evaluate me never showed up after calling three times. I was evaluated by someone once who didn't show up at the time he was supposed to. I got assigned a physical therapist who set a schedule calling at 7 PM on a weekend. I got that scheduled, and he called me 2 minutes before the appointment to get me on his schedule. I advised him we had already spoke and I had an appointment in 2 minutes that I was waiting for him. He had no idea. It is a pathetic excuse for a company.

They don’t set a schedule. They call late (10-11pm) the night before or day of to schedule. Literally, I’m in the need, can I come by for PT. It’s insane. I had a total hip replacement, live in a two story home with one bath and I’m home alone more often than not. I don’t understand why there’s not a schedule so the patient can be prepared for therapy and have someone to let them in. Sadly their administration seems to think this is perfect customer service. I feel sorry for the people of KY that this is what passes for quality care. Go to Boston and learn about best practices in the healthcare industry!!
