If I could give them a zero, I would. I had an appointment 6 months ago and had to reschedule due to sickness. They moved my appointment to today. I show up for my appointment at 3:15 for Endocrinology. I check-in online early, go inside and the Dr wasn’t there. They wanted to reschedule me for March 2026. I said “no thank you, that’s ridiculous, I’ll go to Lexington.” Her response was “okay” and smiled. Absolutely not. You didn’t even call me to let me know you needed to reschedule. They don’t care about the patients AT ALL. THEN! I had the WORST emergency room visit a few months ago, I was begging to die. They wouldn’t give me medicine until I peed in a cup. I couldn’t walk. I laid in the emergency room waiting room IN THE FLOOR. They asked if I laid down or fell. I said I had to lay because I was too weak to hold myself up. Took them another 20 minutes to take me back. I was puking up blood and shit due to colitis, sever dehydration, DKA, and completely septic. I had to ask to be cathed for a urine sample, just to get medicine to help me. I was in ICU for 24 hours. (ICU was amazing). They moved me to 3C in the back of a room with an elderly lady that her daughter had taken everything from the other side of the room and pushed the bed against the wall. I couldn’t even fit, let alone my husband or mother and father. All while they had other rooms that were empty. I complained and they moved me two rooms down. Fast forward to the next morning. I was waiting patiently to be discharged. My insulin pod ran out of insulin at 9:30 that morning. They said “he will be here very soon to discharge you”. I wait another hour and ask again, the same answer. Another hour goes by, they didn’t offer to give me insulin. My sugar was 260 at that point and I just came out of DKA. So I had to throw a fit and demand to be discharged or I was walking out and would take the medical consequences. I left at 12:15 or so and had to go home to take insulin. They didn’t even take care of my diabetes on 3 Central, I did. They would ask me what my sugar was instead of pricking my finger. I was taking my own insulin by my omnipod. I’ll never be back.

I am very thankful for the medical facilities we have close to home. However, parking is absolutely horrible! I have a wheelchair van and mobility chair and there was not one spot available, not even a space where I could double park to get my chair out. Staff parking is even worse. I could have parked there but I don’t think my wheelchair would have made it that far in the rain. PLEASE think about improving parking for your patients AND staff. So needless to say I had to reschedule my appointment with my cardiologist because of the parking situation.

Went into the ER with severe abdominal pain, ER wait time was kind of long but they were slammed that day. Once I got took back they immediately started giving me medication to help with the pain and later found out it was pancreatitis. I was admitted for 6 days, ER staff was nice and relayed all info to me as soon as they got results. Med Surge nurses were also very nice and helpful both day and night shift, doctors were also very helpful. All medical staff were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully I never have to go to the hospital again but I would recommend UK Saint Claire.

St Clair HealthCare Medical Pavilion is a very nice facility. The building is very clean and spacious. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and courteous and registration was done in a very timely manner. They have a covered patient drop off area with easily accessible sliding doors. The handicap parking spaces were very few and a little far away. The parking lot was full. It was easy to find the building and to find the doctor's office once inside.
