2/26/25 It’s with great disbelief that I’m changing my review from a 5 Star to a 1 Star Review. I have been a patient of yours since August 21, 2023 and I’ve never experienced such an inconsiderate PT Tech. All other workers confirm the day/night before scheduling my appointment with them. I also consider it disrespectful to have me sitting here waiting an hour + for the PT to come for a scheduled appointment only to later find my appointment has been sent back to the office. I’m greatly frustrated regarding this matter. I’ve Never encountered this since I’ve been under your care. If you guys are to busy to render the services I need, please advise and my Physicians will find another organization to render the services I need. This is mentioned because I was told the PT sees 60 + patients a week. I don’t understand why I was given this information since my call was about my service not being rendered. This review has nothing to do with my nurse Trina whose heart is definitely for her patients. She’s the best!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Regretfully, LaKisha 9/10/2024-Baton Rouge General Home Health is who you want to take care of you when receiving at home care. Tuesday before Hurricane Francine is scheduled to make landfall, BR Home Health called to make sure I had enough supplies and medication. They also wanted to ensure I wouldn’t be alone. THANK YOU BATON ROUGE GENERAL HOME HEALTH🩷 it wouldn’t let me do a new review. I would choose Baton Rouge General Home Health every time if needed! My care team is AWESOME!!! When looking for a trustworthy company to have your best interest at heart regarding your health care, Baton Rouge General Home Health is the company to choose. They make sure you understand the medications you are taking and the possible side effects. They will send you to the ER if they determine medical attention is needed beyond the care they can render. My care team is truly concerned about my health; It's not just a job to them. They are willing to go above and beyond for their patients. They always tell me to give them a call if I need them before my next visit. The only thing I don't agree with is the amount of PT given at home. I'm not comfortable or confident enough to only have PT 1 time per week. I think PT should start with 3xs per week and then decline to 2xs per week to 1x per week before beginning PT at a facility. Excellent staff, very professional and knowledgeable. We could not have received any better care and so appreciative for everyone from the office staff to the visiting clinicians. My family has received care from Baton Rouge General Home Health for many years. Both my parents have had home health nurses, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and wound care. I cannot say enough about the great care my parents have received. EVERYONE that has cared for both of my parents have been knowledgeable. But most of all they have treated my parents as if they are their own. Their nurse has even called their doctors when anything of concern arose. I would 100% recommend Baton Rouge General Home Health to any and all of those I care about.

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in regard to patient care. They were frequently late if they showed up at all. Excuses were made and little care was achieved. If you are truly trying to get help with physical or occupational therapy, you Need to Look Elsewhere!!! JCH
