If i could give 0 stars 20 million times i would. Pinnacle home health is a joke, the nurse Carolyn that came out I ask her to leave my home because she was very rude which resulted in the police being called she had her dog outside in a hot car while she did a visit I am definitely pressing charges on the incident that happenned today concerning my child and her refusal to leave i had to force her out my house when i got outside she sickes her dog on me and as she was leaving out of the driveway she proceeded to try and hit me with her car the nurses are liars and try to hide the director is a joke as well and the owner justice will be served... I will not let this go...

I wanted to leave a review for Pinnacle Hospice Care and its Chaplain Jason Dunham. My husband and I chose Pinnacle Hospice for his 94-year-old father while he was staying at an assisted living facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The hospice company did a good job of taking care of my father-in-law during his last weeks. It did take a few calls to follow up on items - but overall we felt like the hospice service kept us up to date on his medical status and how he was doing. A few times after seeing my husband's father, we noticed changes, so we called hospice and they took our calls and explained each change in detail. Many of these changes were part of the process. Pinnacle Hospice not only took care of our loved one - they also assisted our family with our sadness, grief, and emotions. There was one person in particular that we’d like to thank - Chaplain Jason Dunham. He is the pastor or minister for Pinnacle Hospice. Mr. Dunham went by several times to visit my husband's father. He took his time and you could tell that he cared about him. He developed a rapport by kidding about Ohio State vs. LSU’s football programs. My husband’s father received his Master's degree from Ohio State. After my father-in-law went to Heaven, Jason Dunham called us and was a comfort to our family. We even asked Mr. Dunham if he would be the preacher at my father-in-law’s Memorial Service. He took the time to get to know our family and to learn more about our loved one - so the service and his sermon were extra special. We wanted to thank Jason Dunham for his kindness and help during this challenging time.

After my hip replacement, I had the most wonderful experience with Pinnacle staff. The nurses, PT and PTA all were so caring, patient and helpful. They all communicated what day and time they would arrive. I highly recommend this Home Health Agency.

My mother caught Covid-19 and after treatment from local hospital, Pinnacle Home Health was assigned to her case. They were very professional and did care for my mother when they came. My problem is they cut off care and appointments during a time she was still having medical issues. During the 2 weeks they came out twice each week. On the third week my mother found out not only did she still test positive for Covid-19, but had bacterial pneumonia also. The nurse who came told her they were cutting her visits to once a week. I was out of the room when he said it or would have questioned it. My mother still has Covid and pneumonia and your cutting her visits? Then the next week my mother was still not getting any better, I scheduled an appointment with her Doctor. The nurse came out the day before the appointment and knew my mother was still sick, but haven’t heard from them since and that was 2 weeks ago. They don’t even know what happened after the Doctor’s visit. The Doctor discovered that my Mother contracted influenza B and Urinary Tract Infection. They knew my mother was still sick and just cut her off without letting anyone know. This is not Care, but just doing what your company needs to do to collect Medicare Payment, that is how I feel.
