Rude, unprepared, and unprofessional. The owner, Delaney, is extremely condescending, refusing to accept her own responsibility in dropping the ball regarding care services and instead deciding to reprimand “staff” (of which there appears to be about three) instead. The only shining star about this company is Lynn, the actual intake nurse who is very sweet and thorough. The CEO, who LOVES reminding you that she is the CEO, has no medical background whatsoever and it completely shows. If you want excellent home health for a loved one, stay completely away from “Excellent” home health. There is nothing “excellent” about it.
