First day of service a physical therapy appt was set up the previous night. No nurse appt was made. Nurse called at 11:46am to set up appt for that same day. Nurse said she was a school nurse, worked all day, so the appt would have to be after 3:45. Had to do errands that afternoon. Nurse asked what kind of errands and suggested we do them at another time. Due to us not being available for a same day appt, management canceled the physical therapist appt. Spoke to management who interrupted twice while I was trying to talk. Management explained their procedure is that the nurse has to come the same first day. No appt had been set up by a nurse the previous day. Management allowed a courtesy visit from the physical therapist which lasted 15 minutes. Physical therapist called and made an appt for the next day, 12:30-1:30. Nurse called to set up appt for the next day 11:30-12:30. The nurse also sent a text to that effect. Realizing the appt’s would be during lunch hour I was making a light breakfast for my sister (the patient). At 10:40 the nurse arrived. We explained our appt wasn’t that early. The nurse said she had said she might be early however that was never discussed. Even the nurse was interrupting me while explaining the problem we had the previous day. The nurse told us we could go right ahead and eat and she would start by looking at my sisters medicine. Again I explained it was NOT our appt time. I contacted management. I was told these are traveling nurses and asked if I ever had home health before. After hearing management say these things she shouted out “I’m done!” Management then asked about possibly just doing physical therapy. The previous day management had canceled the physical therapist due to their procedure of a nurse having to go out the same day of services. This company was not concerned about the patient, rather than their procedures. No matter if an appt was made and they show up 40 minutes prior the patient has to accept this. Needless to say this company was not for us!!! The physical therapist was nice and helpful the 15 minutes of service we received.

Kyle was my nurse who handled all my issues, from a hospital visit, to making sure my medicine was delivered on time to my home. She made her self available for my needs all hours of the day. Such a great place with great people. I am extremely satisfied with all serviced provided. Again Kyle is a sweet heart and i would recommend them hands down.
