Unless it’s Lauren … Jayme or Belinda… good luck getting someone to come out to help your loved one. The answering service they deal with does not take your matter seriously and takes FOREVER to answer and the ON CALL NURSES OMG … THEY DO NOT WANT TO COME OUT AND HELP. It’s very sad. I actually caught A TRIAGE NURSE laughing before the phone hung up today … my son’s catheter needs to be changed …HOW IS THAT FUNNY? which is the reason I decided to leave the review. Since when does the medical field take medical matters as a joke ? The urgency is definitely not there I can assure you of that unless you are dealing with the three people I named above. UPDATE WE GET TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE NO ONE REACHED OUT IN TIME ONLY TO FIND OUT THE LAST NURSE THAT CAME OUT DIDNT DO THE CATHETER RIGHT AND OVER FILLED HIS BALLOON THATS WHY HIS CATHETER WAS NOT DRAINING AND WHEN WE GOT HERE HE HAD 787 CC OF URINE IN HIM. IF THIS WOULD HAVE BACKED UP INTO MY SONS LIVER AND HOPEFULLY IT DIDNT IT WOULD BE CRITICAL.
