Although she was not my biological mother, we have been taking care of her since Hurricane Katrina. We got involved with VitalCaring about 6 weeks ago. She fell about 3 weeks ago breaking her arm/shoulder socket. She was in so much pain. VitalCaring were truly there for me. Felicia, her nurse was excellent. Always disarming and made her feel very comfortable. After her accident I spoke with Melonie and she shared how they handled her father in similar situation. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. I don’t think I could have made it through her passing had it not been for their kindness. They really helped navigate me through what was best for her. I am so grateful for VitalCaring and specifically Felicia and Melonie for helping me get through one of the most difficult times of my life. At 94 she was able to pass very comfortably and with dignity. Highly recommend. Richard Borne
