I have to have my blood work every 2 weeks The people are friendly and professional And it's usually pretty fast Some days it's a bit crowded, depending on what time you go

Ok so I have several large tattoo peices including a portrait took 9 hours one session..... blood work is completely different and when I find a good "vampire" I like to compliment for not hurting me. Usually the mean old vampires want to stick me 3+ times but I give them 2 tries and I know that is annoying to be a patient like this.... but I have my reasons...... one of the reasons just so happend when I went today.... Of corse as normal, my veins like to roll..... So this happened but then..... I get what I call the "wha-wha"...... My eyes start to tunnel, my heart rate goes through the roof, I start to break out in a very intense sweat, I feel like I'm going to puke and pass out all at the same time( has happend before)..... So Usually when this happens the vampire just asks me hey are you ok a few times and then tells me ok don't get up right now.... the two ladies who helped me today we outstanding and I think so much so that they definitely deserve recognition..... from what I can remember..... the lady who had the needle in my arm asks if I'm ok and before I could answer the other lady at the desk to my right was at my side talking me through it..... she told me to cough and kept reminding me here and there apparently I hold my breath so she reminded me to breathe when this happend, somehow she magically made an ice pack appear and she kept moving it from spot to spot on my face and neck when all the viles were full and needle was out they both continued to focus on me and talk me through this..... one magically had a sprite and one moving the ice pack and switched ice pack after I warmed the first up and pulled out all the tips and tricks to help me overcome this feeling even using her body to brace me as I leaned over to try and get blood flowing faster..... I just want to say these two ladies made me feel very safe and cared for me like no other vampire has.... I'm used to being thrown a brown napkin and told to just sit there till I felt better.... since I was woozy and kinda out of it, I didn't happen to catch their names but I'm sure they know who they are and I just want to say thankyou very much.

Usually they are faster, but today it took 90 minutes and two trips to the counter asking questions before they drew my blood. The first time I asked, they said my name wasn’t in the system. I had used the kiosk to check in. Never again! Waited for 30 more minutes before my name was called. They did apologize but that’s a long time waiting for me and the person sitting outside in the car waiting.

They make sure that they get their money, but they don't care if you get your test results. Awful, wish I could give them -5 stars.

I wish I would have gotten the lady's name today. Usually they say big stick. I didn't even feel it. She was that good!! I made sure to let her know too.
