The PT and PTA were great to work with and very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I feel as though nobody kept you informed. I have worked in HH in the office in the past and our PT, CNA and Nurses all had a steady schedule. They went to the same patient each week and around the same time each day. I know and understand that isn’t always possible to do in the business but close to a fixed schedule normally is doable. I didn’t know what days or times I would be visited until about 20 or 30 minutes before my session. I write all of this to say that more consistency would go far plus get 5 stars instead of 4. The PT that I received was very much appreciated though and was top notch.
