11/27/2024 I am a hit-and-run survivor and I have had to use this place twice. I'm still in it. I absolutely love my PT, I absolutely loved my OT, my nurse was amazing and my other PT I had was amazing. I'm not sure how or why people are saying different. I thank you for everything you done. It's much appreciated

When doctor wrote initial order had to keep calling this agency after the order was confirmed 3xs. Nurses were rude and insubordinate.. had to complain to Director of nursing at least 3xs to change nurses. Was told by nurse was being discharged without a 14 day notice but rather a few days notice. Getting mixed messages from this nurse. Nurse goes on vacation and recertification was missed in order to extend my skilled nursing services. Due to illness was transported via rescue to the ED on 5/3/24 and notified co wrong nurse. Stated would either see me later when discharged from the ED or would see me at my home the following day. I reached out to this nurse multiple times in order to find out if she was coming to my home and when. At 2:45 pm contacted by this nurse stating that I had been discharged from their agency… What a way to treat a patient especially just getting out of the emergency room. Not only the agency do I blame but my doctor for not advocating for me in regards to this needed service…,

Coming out of surgery I was referred to care at home. Nothing but problems from day one. First nurse to visit was an evaluator. I had strained my knee due to not being able to bend over. I expressed the Ice and rest had helped and felt I should continue. She found the spot where it hurt and after pressing it to see where it hurt she kept telling me that I needed occupational therapy and Pt. When I disagreed she kept pressing it saying "look how much pain you're in! Yes because she wouldn't stop pressing it. Finally I told her in no uncertain terms to stop pressing it and that I wasn't having Physical therapy. Next day I got a call form a physical therapist. Obviously she was just trying to drum up business. Several other communication issues. i called their office to complain was turned over to voicemail which was never answered. On the Maine care page it said that I had been visited 4 times. It was only 2. I will be calling insurance to see if they over charged. I think the problem is they don't have any competition. That and more people need to speak up which I most certainly will do

We called and within one week had an evaluation and future appointment schedule set up. Lauren and Allie the PT’s assigned to us are wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. When your toddler feels safe enough to work with someone you know you’ve made the right choice as this can sometimes take time to warm up and build relationships. I cannot recommend them enough, our toddler is learning new skills already. Thank you!!

FACTS: High turnover, poor communication from administration, some therapist who won't make visits and claim your child does things well before they actually do, therapist who charge insurance for an hour but only provide half and the amount of advocation you need to prove your child needs help is both frustrating and exhausting. We had a few long time therapist who had several years with them and then were suddenly gone. Only reason to not move elsewhere to be honest. Very disappointed. 1/4 star!
