After having foot surgery I was signed up by the hospital to have Adoration come for in house PT. The only good experience I’ve had with this place was with the first lady that was sent out, Irene, to set my therapy up. She was very sweet, helpful, and full of energy. She had set me up to have a weekly PT session for which I had one other session and then I never heard for them again for 2 weeks. Another Physical Therapist had called 15 min before she was trying to arrived one day without forewarning and I unfortunately had an appointment to go to and could not take that slot. She did not offer me another day or time and went another 2 weeks without another word till the nurse called me and accused me of not giving the right phone number or answering my phone as the could not “get ahold of me”. I was stuck at home and had been watching my phone calls and emails and never once received a call. After that I went another two weeks without a word until they sent someone out to discontinue my PT sessions without a forewarning. One other misleading concern I am not too happy about is the fact that when I signed my contract I was lead to believe this was covered 100% by insurance. I understand deductibles need to be met but why tell someone it’s covered if you do not know the parties insurance coverage and deductible means. I received a bill in the mail a month later and when I questioned my insurance company they informed me my deductible was not met for which I understand but had signed off on my contract with Adoration as I will not have to pay anything to this company… I will never use this company again and do not recommend anyone if you are searching for in home PT .
