Stay Away from these people!!!! My wife was Discharged from the hospital on the 5th with the discharge instructions indicating this company would be visiting on the 7th. It said very plainly on the instructions they would call before the visit, the 7th came and went without a call . I finally called them on the 8th and was informed they did not except our insurance would have been nice to have received a call letting us know. Had it been left up to them We would have never known that we could not expect any type of care from them Just goes to show they don't care. If a hospital give you instructions with their name on it I would strongly recommend you check immediately with them if they can fulfill the appointment. Total lack of caring on there part.

This agency is not good , short staff. Nurse will call night before and say she’s coming, only to not show or call. Many times no one came. Not reliable. They don’t give you the respect to call and say we can’t make it today. One nurse doesn’t pay attention to what suppliers to order. Always receive wrong supplies. I’m not the one to complain or blow whistles, but they have to do better when aiding sick and disabled people. My wound matters
