Absolutely disappointed with this company. We’ve used their services for my mother three times, and each time they’ve failed to provide the proper assistance—calling 911 instead of addressing the issue, then never following up afterward. They don’t return phone calls or provide updates on progress. It feels like their only concern is collecting payment rather than genuinely helping their clients. Extremely poor service—I would not recommend them to anyone.

10/10 I could not rave about the nurses at the Holabird Ave Infusion Center more. They are absolutely amazing and attentive. In the short time I’ve been there, going 3x a week, I’ve gotten close with the core team of nurses and seen the way they interact with other patients, they have so many Peds patients daily and are so good with them. They each have incredible work backgrounds before coming to work at the infusion center so I promise you are in fantastic hands with everyone there. Each infusion patient gets a CLEAN private suite (with a door and shades to close the floor to ceiling window that looks out to the nurses station, a pump if it’s not by gravity, your own TV and remote, the instructions for the WiFi, your own vitals machine (so they aren’t coming in and out with machines repeatedly), a ver comfortable recliner that may I add HAS A HEATING FUNCTION, absolutely glorious! And then you also have an adjustable tray table to use for every room. Check in is a breeze and takes mere seconds then you are sent back to a room. Again I cannot say enough great things about everyone on staff including the ladies that answer the phone lines when I was waiting on my doctor who screwed up my script to fix it. They all go above and beyond and I’m saddened that this address is linked to the supply company reviews as the infusion center has nothing to do with that.

No personal connection to the comoany itself, just a witness to a major safety issue; Driving through Frederick MD on Sept 5th around 5:45pm, observed one of these white vans with the Johns Hopkins Medicine logo plastered all around it come from the left on 15, and NOT USE THE MERGE LANE AT ALL, he made the turn and came immediately over into the fast lane, completely cutting me off and almost getting smashed in the back because I had no time to react and had a vehicle directly to the right of me in the slow lane, and he was a mere SECOND from causing a multiple vehicle crash on the highway!! He then proceeded to cut over and turn into Homewood of Frederick. I'm not trying to be rude at all and I know some people will still take this the wrong way, but he was foreign, and I think that we all collectively could really benefit from making sure that EVERYONE on the road with a driver's license UNDERSTANDS and FOLLOWS the 'rules of the road' so as not to cause unnecessary harm! Do better. Or hire better, at the very least.

I started using Johns Hopkins Care at Home for my CPAP . in March 2001. In that 24 years I've had untold interactions with the staff. Each and every time they have been very professional and pleasant to talk to. They take their time and at no time did I feel rushed. Top notch folks. Thanks JH Care at Home. Its sad when I read prior reviews who wine about impossible issues.

Historically I have received great service. On November 13th I ordered DreamWear Pillows and Mask a filters for my CPAP. They were never shipped or received. I just received an order supplies I did not order or use. I have been in the phone for 35 minutes waiting for the 3 minute wait to end with a voice. Austin Pharmacy answers my calls.
