Shout out to Lisa in the Columbia office. She is so thorough when reviewing referrals to ensure the patient has everything they need. I really cannot recommend CenterWell enough

The Columbia location is completely unprofessional. We used a different location that was fantastic but our experience with just about everyone in the Columbia MD location was terrible. The first nurse wasted 4 hours of our time telling us her whole life story including personal things about her ex-husband and his new girlfriend. They didn’t show up when they were supposed to. Their bedside manner was completely unacceptable. One nurse was so rough the patient was screaming in pain and she just laughed. Not once but several times. I called the office to talk to someone. It took 3 full days to get my call returned. Meanwhile, no nurses have come this entire week. I suggest you find any other agency.

I couldn’t ask for better care for my dad when he was receiving PT at home. His therapists and nurse were the best, especially his nurse, Nedra. She quickly became like family and I will never forget how she went above and beyond for my dad and I.

Very bed experience with this company. The management was very difficult to deal with. Very unreliable company. They state one thing do the other. We were waiting for a nurse for several weeks. When appointment was finally scheduled it was canceled on the same day and the nurse never came. The occupational terapist (OT) visit was a joke. OT came took blood pressure readings, stated that it was normal and left. She refused client request to take her pulse readings, refused to do any exercises. OT stated that the client should not ask her what to do and left. After the client complained to the company manager on OT behavior she (the manager Lisa) canceled all appointments with all professionals and discharge the client instead providing with different OT who can and willing to do her job. This management action put in danger client’s health and safety. As a result the client ( after stroke) was put under a lot of stress, missed her nursing appointment having life threatening infection (UTI), continue to decondition without necessary therapy that would take time to reinstate with other home health care company. This company manager displayed compleat disregard for clients needs of care and put client in danger by her actions. Stay away from this company if you care for your love ones well-being.

Jen understood that Dee, as a retired RN, did not need layman explanations, so she did the teaching part without nurseplaining. She has great bedside manner even without the bed. Her rapport was a perfect blend of amiable and professional. Jen should b enlisted as a trainer and advanced ahead of her peers. The above is equally true of Rubie. Please share this with both Nurses.
