I was inpatient there for 4 days for a major surgery. The nurses were fantastic, the facility clean and well maintained and everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous and professional. The food was surprisingly good for a hospital and was easily on par with many good restaurants I have eaten at. Parking can be a bit dificult if you are looking for a close in spot but unlike many urban hospitals the parking is FREE. Fortunately they do have a multi level parking garage that offers additional spaces and is somewhat underutilized in my opinion. It also has high ceilings so taller trucks and suv's restrictions. Highly recommend

Went to ER , new system part of info didn't transfer over . I'm a Veteran so they need some medical # , which I was on the phone for about 30-40 minutes . Not the ladies helping fault . they me brought to a room to be diagnosed. Nurses and other staff came in and did their thing . Then a person came in and I didn't hear the lady announce who she was . Then she ask me why I was there and if these systems were ongoing why I didn't schedule a appointment with the VA . Now no matter when I would of called the VA they would of said go to the ER. Told her she must of never dealt with the VA. I was upset how I was treated. She left and lady came in and I said who the he'll was that , is she the doctor . Told them I wanted another doctor , apparently there wasn't one . She came back and said I can give you muscle relaxers , I said no , then she said take ur alive then .( which I said I took earlier). There's more to the visit , but didn't want to every detail . I just believe this behavior is acceptable. No wonder their reviews are mostly rated at the lowest # 1 This hospital needs a complete personnel change . Louie

Did well for my child But EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, while waiting for my child from surgery, I hear People at the desks talking loudly about sex, AND cussing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and whoever these people are need fired, im sitting here worried about my son and they are more concerned about Sex. Grow up people, I hope you all get fired. Disrespectfully, especially there's more than just ny child in here. Disrespectfully I hope you all get fired. Now they are talking about Onlyfans, COME ON PEOPLE. Everyone out there, 11:21Am December 16th 2025, I am beyond furious, there's children around, STOP AND DO YOUR JOB AND BE PROFESSIONAL. Edit: They are still talking about things they shouldnt be. This is ridiculous. .

Adding to my review about my husband's care. This is the worst hospital I have ever encountered. Ide be afraid to take my dog there. And if somehow ICU nurse Dan, ICU nurse Kayla and CNA Seth are reading this. You all deserve to work somewhere much better. I appreciate your respectfulness and kindness towards myself and my husband. You three are amazing!

I understand that hospitals can be busy, and that wait times are sometimes unavoidable. However, I wanted to share my experience from November 5th because it left me deeply concerned. I arrived with chest and abdominal pain and waited in the emergency room for over three hours. The only time I was brought back was to have blood drawn. I eventually had to leave before being seen by a doctor, and I’m assuming my blood sample will now be discarded. During my wait, I noticed an elderly patient who appeared to be in very poor condition sitting on a bed near the bathrooms in the waiting area. It was heartbreaking to see someone that unwell left unattended. The waiting room was also extremely cold so much so that it felt uncomfortable for everyone sitting there. Communication was also lacking. I wasn’t informed of my vital signs, my status in the queue, or what to expect next. When my blood was drawn, the needle was removed rather roughly, though I didn’t make an issue of it at the time. I know that many healthcare professionals work hard and care deeply for their patients, but experiences like this can make people lose trust in the system. Patients aren’t just numbers — we’re human beings who come seeking help and compassion. I hope this feedback can help improve communication and patient care for others in the future. I’ve been to other facilities, such as Keyser, and they seem to have more effective processes in place. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
