Having been in the adults aging business for almost 10 years, and advocating for over 20 years, care-giving especially when it becomes personal no matter who you are can be challenging when searching for reliability, compatibility, care and compassion along with plenty of kindness given to family or those I serve to support. This past year we have had some amazing supportive individuals from this company Eric, Sheri (PT), Vanessa & Lauren (RN), Karen/Paula (OT) and Stephanie/Stacy (Speech). For most aging especially when dealing with both Parkinson's and dementia can be overwhelming and intimidating, their empathy, understanding and kindness towards my mother has been incredible and so I happily refer them all. The office staff could use a little tweaking when speaking to families, though I will say today Melissa was kind, yesterday Laura was not and others in the past. Most that call are not thrilled to have to use services but are looking for someone on the other side of the phone, table or counter to both be treated with care, not harshly or abruptly, I can handle it but most others would move on to another company. Each call no matter why they are calling should end with "Happy to help you" compassion, care and consideration of whomever is on the other side of the line, you don't truly understand what they may be going thru at the time of the call, but it is also key for testimonials, referrals etc. that are both verbal, medical and otherwise... With grateful heart for all those medical professionals who have come to our home and given my mother both respect, empathy, care and kindness thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I broke my hip 5 weeks ago. I have been in treatment ( and still am) with Homecall. I am truly amazed and thankful how far they have brought me in the past month. I would highly recommend them for home help care.
