This place is a nightmare. They indeed protect their employees more than their Clients thereby giving employees the right to do as they wish. They are grossly understaffed and make their clients to suffer for this. Their scheduling is horrible, texting you overnight to tell you the time they will be there without considering your other appointments like doctor's visit. All you hear is "I have so many Clients and cannot guarantee any time slot". Please run from this place. I am not surprised because its a lifebridge organization.....all they care about is money.

I called this company to make a complaint about one of their employees (Chuck) instead of this company doing the right thing and correcting their employee they decide they were going to call adult services instead. The text messages that I have between me and this employee of theirs proves that he's neglected to do his job properly with my family member. They protect their employees more than they protect their clients. But in reality if you have no clients you have no business. So Chuck now has the free will not do his job properly and have their client suffer.

I am familiar with several of the staff who provide care to patients in many different roles - therapists, nurses, triage, scheduling, etc. I have found them to be quite professional, responsive, diligent, and caring. Scheduling can be difficult for home care in general, especially given all of the rules that agencies must follow and trying to manage all of the specialties trying to see a variety of different people in their homes. The quite unfavorable review spoke to recommendations made that were clearly efforts to reduce risk of falls in the home, not a commentary on decorating style. that sounds like this agency was not a good fit for this particular person, but I think unfair to call the entire outfit unprofessional.

I've dealt with home care groups before and I must say that this was one of the worst experiences ever. First off, scheduling was poor. They would call you the evening before to schedule the home visits. I had a physical therapist scheduled a home visit. She showed up between the time frame that was requested. However, she sat in front of my home in her car for 20 mins. I kept saying to myself, why isn't she coming in? Finally, another car pulled up in my driveway and that's when she exited her car, and both individuals walked up to my front door. They both introduced themselves and that's when I asked the other woman(O.T.) if she had scheduled an appointment with me. She told me that she did, and that we spoke on the phone. I said no we did not speak on the phone nor did you schedule an appointment for a visit. Anyways, we proceeded upstairs to my mom room and they started to ask my mom questions. They asked to see the bathroom so that they can take a look at her shower chair, etc. I showed them the bathroom and they proceeded inside. They had a problem with my bathroom floor rugs, my tub mat, and how high my mom's mattress was. They started telling me that I need to change this, that and whatever. I said wait a minute! This is my home and this is how I like my home decorated. I'm not changing anything because to change these things cost money. I was so perturbed at this point that I just wanted them to leave. Finally, they both left my home and I was now having a whoosah moment. An hour later, my phone rang and it's some lady saying that she's the nurse and she wanted to know if she can come to my home right now for a visit. I told her bluntly no. You will have to schedule a visit. I don't do pop up visits. After hanging up the phone with her. I call the main phone number and requested that they stopped the services completely. The staff were too unprofessional for my taste. Never again.
Women just like you
Therapists were friendly. Be advised you are unable to choose a gender preference as all therapists offered were male. Planing and scheduling is a bit frustrating because setting a month’s schedule (not even a week’s) is nearly impossible as the procedure is to call the NIGHT before to confirm sessions. Blood pressure reading instruments were outdated and often caused problematic for therapists to get an accurate read.
