This crazy lady has people towed when no one is even around after hours. and from the other reviews it looks like it happens ALOT. With a tow truck driver that is "contracted" to this one location what offers cash deals and no receipts?? Smells like a scam to me. She should be ashamed of how often shes doing this people! Very unprofessional, selfish and delusional lady.

Awful. They have a tow truck that parks on Saturdays and waits for people to park for a moment then blocks you in. We walked in the establishment next door to ask for the wait time; we walk out and my 13 yr old son is in the vehicle, it's running and the driver had us pinned in. He did not care it was running nor there was a kid in the vehicle (13yr old mind you) and basically called me a bad parent. Said 200 cash and got no receipt nor who he worked for. Sounds like a scam. He was about to rack the vehicle up in park, as a prior mechanic he was willing to destroy my transmission and perpetrate kidnapping in the process. I have a disease and severe illness ontop of being pregnant, the stress put me in the emergency room. Thank you, as I say that with dripping sarcasm

Allow me to help with their 1.6 stars. This business is exactly that. A business. They are in it for the money. They do not care about their patients they care about making money. But don't take my word for it... You find me the good reviews about this place. I wouldn't let them care for my dog much less a human family loved one. 0/10 stars. Would not recommend. Unprofessional. Unskilled. Unaware. Incompetent.

Totally unprofessional and did courteous. I would not let them near any of my family members. Unless you want them uncared for

Extremely unprofessional. Tried to tow at least 5 cars in their parking lot that doesn't have Adequate signage visible from the entrance to the parking lot resulting in everyone having to pay $225.00 ,cash only to a tow truck driver. The ladies working there then came out cussing at people and insulting people for making a simple mistake.
