I'M SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! My Human Touch Home Health Agency physical therapist, Charles Anazco, is literally a LIFE CHANGER! He was highly knowledgeable, personable, compassionate, and patient. Charlie provided me with exercises tailored to my needs promoting optimal healing and mobility after my total knee replacement. He taught me how to perform exercises correctly, picking up on nuances to enhance my form. He texted me a link to the exercises accompanied by videos demonstrating each exercise. He worked with me to establish individual movement goals for the present and future. His dedication to helping me recover from my surgery has been incredible, and I can't thank him enough for getting me back on my feet (literally!). If you are fortunate enough to have him as your PT, YOU HAVE HIT THE JACKPOT!! 5 STARS isn't enough - I'd give him 1,000,000 stars if I could!

Extremely professional with an excellent ability to connect with a patient and work them through (both physically and mentally) what is an extremely painful set of necessary exercises. I recently had meningitis and was hospitalized for a while. Kaiser Permanente put me in touch with Human Touch for my post-hospitalization physical therapy. Hunan Touch is very thorough from start to finish, sending multiple nurses and technicians before I started the PT. Everyone that I encountered was very friendly and helpful - from Charles, Olu and Mary Esther to the physical therapist Charlie. They made me feel comfortable and heard. I found the whole PT experience extremely pleasant. Charlie was very patient and knowledgeable. My strength increased immediately after a couple of sessions. He gave me a lot of helpful advices that will help me get stronger after our sessions are over. I am grateful for all who have assisted me from Human Touch during my recovery.

Had total knee replacement. Charlie, my Physical Therapist, is a real pro. He gets right into the best routines and explains everything very well. He’s also careful not to stretch beyond the limit. He’s very supportive in his feedback and is a good listener. It’s obvious he loves what he does, helping people like myself. Highly recommend .
