Unprofessional & disrespectful! No advance notification of their arrival, will call at the last minute requesting to come. No shows or phone calls. My dad was evaluated 2 weeks ago informing they will come 3 days a week...they called on the day off (no schedule) when he wasn't home...never seen them since the 1st evaluation. He was supposed to have wound care, PT & OT. Called Management, no return calls! We (family) are providing care. You want services, this is not the organization! You want be disrespected, then this is the organization!

This is the worst Home healthcare agency I have ever come across. My mom has been home for two weeks now with no PT, OT or speech therapy. When you call their office it goes to an answering agency which is very rude, all they do is take messages and no one ever call you to follow up. They are all about the money. They do not care about the patient health at all. I will be filing a complaint with the state. DO NOT LET YOUR DOCTOR REFER YOU TO THEM AT ALL. If I can give -5 ⭐️ on here I will that’s how terrible and unprofessional they are.

My wife needed wound care they sent people who didn’t know how to do it properly as well as having a rude on call nurse on the weekends by the name of Nancy whom was not only rude to my wife but me as a husband in refused us care until a Monday . I wouldn’t recommend them for anything they’re unprofessional as well as rude in several times they missed appointments as well as not listening to the patient or customer we asked for no male nurses just to have one calling us then no one showed up for a replacement if you care don’t use them for anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡 Let me add Nancy plays the victim in once she’s rude to you as well

My mother was supposed to receive Physical Therapy, OT, Nurse and Aide. One month after discharged from rehab, a "nurse" came late and unprepared. Had to use my pressure machine. Have yet to get a visit from the Aide, or OT. Been calling daily getting the runaround. They're so unorganized with scheduling so unprofessional. PT came a few times for 10 minutes had mom lift her legs while in her wheelchair came back and stayed longer with attitude. Mom condition has worsened and they're no help! Very frustrating 😕 wheelchair

I wish I could give a zero. I have been with this agency since April 2021. I had to change nurses due to the first nurse was very condescending and was driven to my home everytime by a man that had to wait for her outside my home. This made me uncomfortable. The agency does not stay on top of client contracts to ensure they have authorization for their nurses, health aids and physical therapists to service their clients consistently without breaks in service. I have experienced months without a physical therapist and weeks without health aid and nurse. The agency or staff will not call to notify you of an issue with authorization, you find out when you call because no one shows up. I've called the office to no avail, just excuses and pointing fingers at the nurse or Kaiser for not authorizing care. No business should be run this way; especially a business responsible for the care and/or rehab of sick and injured patients.
