Abbott has been a terrible experience for our family. They hire and send aides who do not speak English. Holidays? They do not have coverage and leave their bed-bound customers lying in their feces for 12 hours. Unprofessional. Do not communicate with customers and family members. Do not pay their aides the proper salary based on the needs of the customer but still bill Old Colony at a higher rate for the special needs of the customer. This has been a nightmare. Find another agency and also vet them carefully before letting them care for your loved ones.
