My experience has been very positive. I have not had any dealings with office staff - just my assistant for home keeping. With lots of ailments I need someone who is positive. R*** is a delightful young person who will go far in life.

Even though I terminated all services for a total lack of respect to a Client; as a Corporation no real clinical issues. My Housekeeper, Felix, was excellent. Wish I dealt with the Boston Office vs the questionable Lynn Office. Shame that the Lynn Office forced me, as the Client, to terminate, now, and when I move over to Tuft Health Insurance. A real shame but feel no choice

After speaking with the office staff about an unskilled worker they explained we were making things up and would be without service if we brought up more complaints. The man was aggressive and did not take proper care of the patient, leaving him to walk alone while doing his own fitness routine outside. This is a patient with a very high fall risk. Completely ignoring our complaint, they sent him back the following week. After asking him personally if he had enough experience to work with a harder than average case (terminally ill patient), he aggressively stood up, started yelling at the family, approached me face to face as if to begin a physical confrontation and stormed out of the apartment. Not only did he threaten me, he made the family and patient feel unsafe, putting us into a much worse emotional position during this already difficult time.

My friend had a terrible accident and the clinicians from Suburban were phenomenal. They provided skilled nursing and physical and occupational therapy in their home, which led to a speedy recovery. Their home health aide service was also extremely helpful.

Nurses are great. Office staff is horrible. They don't tell you when they are sending someone to your house. They are extremely inappropriate.I told someone with a heavy Russian accent that I could not understand them. They accused me of harassment !!! (?) They force you to leave a message but never return them. People out in the field are very nice. Office staff is horrible.
