I can’t believe they have such a high rating. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of one is because the aide was pretty good. But they all scheduled times when I could do it, at first. Then they all came when they wanted. Many times not even telling me when they were coming. I missed many sessions because I was not available. The PT was terrible. They didn’t have enough PT’s to give me 2 sessions a week. But the PT often didn’t show up. The nurse, PT, and aide just stopped coming when it was over. They never told me it was over. I had to figure it out for myself. The PT only worked with me for 20 minutes. After I went to another PT office. They worked with me 2 times a week for an hour an fifteen minutes. Tracked my progress. Modified exercises if needed. They are amazing. So if you have choices, don’t choose Intrakey.
