Excellent company, would recomend them for any family in need of care for themselves or a loved one. They took care of my Mother and my Father, the care could not have been better. My Mother loved her companion and home health aide and my Father was very satisfied with his heathcare aide at a difficult time in life. The same comany provided care for my Father in law for about three years before he passed away. He would never hve been able to stay at home without the great care he got and he needed a lot. He had skilled nursing as well as home health aide. Thank you Dependable Healthcare Services, Inc. You truly live up to your name Dependable.

Poorly managed. I had to switch to another agency as physical therapy appointments were not being kept, cancelled or delayed and at times without notification. Suggest you look elsewhere for your home healthcare needs..

I have filed a complaint with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts regarding this company. Very poor patient care. I await for a response and have asked the Commonwealth to investigate.

Don't walk away from this company...RUN. As fast as you can and don't look back. But don't take my word for it, give them a try. It shouldn't take you more than 7 to 30 days to realize just how terrible they are. If a family member's life depends on their care, then don't even give them their 7 day trial. Truly... to write everything WRONG with company would take a book, and this company isn't even worth the few precious moments of my life it took to write this small diatribe. #DeplorableHealthCare
