My son was injured in a car accident a little over a month ago. After several weeks in the hospital he was finally discharged from rehab on 9/20 with PCS assigned for home health. Discharge notes say they will follow up within 48 hours to schedule an appointment. It has been six days and we haven’t heard a word! I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails but no one calls me back. I finally get someone on the phone today who says she’ll reach out to the nurse and call me back. No call back! And now the voicemail is full. My son has open wounds and no bandages. He is in a wheelchair and needs an assessment because he needs multiple services in the home. I am extremely disappointed.

I would give -0 stars if i could Workers are rude, lazy, unprofessional and irresponsable. They don’t want to do their job, they cancel last minute and scam their patients … they only want to work 2 hours a week even though i have 10 hours a week so they’re stealing hours from their patients and get defensive if you say anything about it. They only want to help you with 1 thing meaning they won’t even finish that 1 hour a day Pretty sure that one of them was even falsifying my signature because you’re supposed to sign a sheet indicating they “completed” their job but they never ask me to sign anything Stay away
