The visiting clinicians are great , 5 star !! The administrative staff is abysmal. Good luck getting a straight answer about when an RN/LPN is actually coming to visit. And good luck not having to wait all day and be told the visit wasn't even booked. And now again today, supposedly booked for wound care visit and I'm getting tossed from one dept to another to VM. No seems to know, or care, what they're doing.

I had a knee replacement. No matter how routinely it rolls off the tongue, it's a traumatic event. Kathryn Huss and Joanna Donato each came to my house as visiting nurses and they were exemplary. They were each personable, professional and knowledgeable. They also predicted my timeline better than anyone else. They told me what to expect, what exercises to do and encouraged me to keep a positive outlook. I can't thank them enough! VNA CARE is highly recommended by me based on my experience. Thank you, Katy and Joanna!

I had a nurse that started off really nice, and then after a couple of visits, she started showing up late, not communicating, and then got upset and stopped going to my mom's house and even got the service to terminate it. Once I asked her whether we can set an exact date and time. So I suggest you go with another company because there is no number to call to get in touch with somebody.

I would not recommend Boston VNA to anyone that cares about their loved one. They are not reliable and do not care if family member is seen or not.
