Terrible. Saw a PT who was 15.minutes late came in took vitals and wrote down all my meds. Left after that. When I asked about schedule for therapy was told I would hear back. I had to call them 3days later and asked what was going.on.after a run around .I got a call back saying they were waiting to hear from my insurance company about getting paid. So much for putting people 1st. The whole think is joke. Terrible customer service . 1 star is to much but won't let.me give.them a negative

I am truly blown away by the professionalism, efficiency, and quality of care that Caretenders has provided for my wife. Any questions we’ve had were answered, exercises were clearly explained and demonstrated and I do not have enough words to describe how happy we are with their service. Physical therapy services and nursing for home care were outstanding and we worked with a fine gentleman named Brian who was unbelievably kind, considerate, and truly took his time to assist my wife with all of her needs and concerns. The other excellent clinicians also included Ali, Matt, Maragaret, and Anne Marie. Anne Marie really helped us sort the medications and kept my wife out of the hospital. Cannot go wrong with going with Caretenders!

After a bout of ketoacidosis that landed me in the hospital I was lucky enough to have care tenders when I came home to help me recover with physical therapy and a nurse who came in checked my blood sugars and made sure I was eating properly. Everyone that I have dealt with has been very kind and sweet and helpful in answering any questions I had and helping me to find other services like a housekeeper and such. It was very comforting knowing that I had good people that I could call on if I needed to. I didn't need to but just knowing they were there was very helpful and building my confidence to care for myself. Thank you caretenders for all you did.

Caretenders provided my elderly mom with multiple services over her final years as she became more frail and needed more help. Not only did they do their jobs as care providers, but they got to know my Mom well enough to alert me when she didn't seem like herself. I am very grateful for their care.
