I knew someone who this company worked for, back in 2015-2016. Kathy worked for them at one point, however, I certainly hope she's no longer working with this company. I survived the Victory Chapel Cult, which I left a review about. I'm grateful that I no longer live in the trap that is Cape Cod. I'm 37 years old, with CPTSD to boot. I'm grateful to still be alive, and still able to love and be loved, despite of everything I've endured and survived. Appreciate you.

Several times I have had mediocre to terrible service from this organization. PT's, homemakers and even nurses have been less than satisfactory. The office staff is not up to par with WAS or other independent companies. They rarely follow up after appointments nor explain how the service hours work, which are really calculated in 'units'. One guy showed up a half hour early, whom I was promised for 2 HOURS of cleaning. He did a terrible job washing dishes, left dirty pots on the stove, hardly swept the floor, only rinsed the tub,, was bossy & rude while telling me where I should put my things, then rushed out after only 45 minutes without having me sign a thing. He never asked me one question which was suspicious. I had to do the dishes over again and the pots & pans myself. Those are the only chores I requested. I'm very disappointed by this company once again.

Horrible dangerous scary place! Do not recommend!!! BEWARE! They leave home. doors open, lights left on all night , bucket of water on elderly persons walker so they can't use it, refrigerator door left open all food bad, clean clothes dropped on floor and left, garbage bags left on bedroom floor, tells person to walk alone on weekends when they can't and fall!!!! they laugh at complaints so don't bother just avoid and spread the word, contact corporate!

The worst! The nurse my husband was assigned didn’t have adequate training and blamed anyone and anything rather than taking ownership for her own challenges. The Bayada supervisor, who never saw or evaluated the situation, “obtained a doctor’s order” which required my husband to go to the emergency room because of the Bayada’s nurse’s incompetency . The IV nurse at the hospital found nothing wrong and declared user error by the Bayada nurse. Our time, our inconvenience because of Bayada’s incompetence. Rather than assign a different nurse to the case, they dragged their feet and didn’t even call. When my husband called to check on the situation he was told that the same incompetent nurse would be returning to our house. If anyone suggests using this home nursing agency, ask for other options right away.
