I've been trying to get services from this company for over a month they've been screwing me around I've been told several times over several weeks that somebody would call me just for NOBODY to EVER call me. Then it turns out they needed a referral filled out that nobody ever told me about and it wasn't until weeks later that they sent the referral to my doctor who then sent it back within a day and yet nothing and that was over 2 weeks ago. Nnobody's called me or followed up, and when I try to call them it goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full and when I call the main number on the website it just rings and I can't leave a voicemail because it's not set up like what the hell is wrong with this company? Their entire function is to provide services and if I can't even reach them to get the services I need then what use are they?? who runs a company like this a patient can't even leave a voicemail it's been months that I've been trying to get services for them and they've just been screwing around doing nothing not following through not helping me literally doing nothing so awesome and I can't even reach somebody to talk to.

Secure Health Care has been a delightful to my father. His CNA aide Amanda, is a professional and compassionate young lady that has been giving my father the personal attention that he needs. My family is reprieved knowing that our father is being cared for by a professional care giver. The staff at Secure Home Care is also very approachable when ever we need to reach them.
