This company cared for my aunt in Beverly Massachusetts after she had a fall and broke her hip. The PT, OT and Home health aide were caring. Wonderful company that shows care and compassion. Keep up the great work. 2025 update: This is the BEST! home care agency that I have dealt with. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The nurse is very professional answered all of my questions and did an excellent job with my parents. She takes her time with my parents, she does not just take vital signs and leaves. She's very supportive just like the previous nurse my parents had from this same agency. The Physical therapist actually works my parents he does effective exercises with both of them and i can see the improvement. I've had a good experience with this agency. They go beyond the call of duty.

After major surgery, I was not able to leave home, so I needed a nurse to come to me. Oge was excellent. She gave me peace of mind by checking out my incision and my vital signs and by doing other tests that confirmed I was doing well. She answered my many questions and was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I would recommend her highly. In addition, the administrative staff always answered the phone and all of my questions. They, too, were patient and kind.
