If I could give 0 stars I would. It took forever to find someone for my mother. We took what we could even though it wasn’t the best schedule for us. They finally got us someone that was close to what was needed and she ruined a comforter doing laundry and my mom said she gave her a sponge bath in an unsanitary way. They said they would find us someone else. We went a few weeks without someone without any communication. They finally say someone will start. They come one day and then are a no show. I call and Lucy says she will let me know what happened. No call back. I call a few days later and she gives me some excuse about traffic. Someone else will be assigned and come Wednesday. Again a no show. I call twice, once talk to Lucy said she will call back, does not. I call later in the day. Leave a message. Call the next day, reach someone else they say they will call back. They do not. Call this morning leave a message. Lucy returns the calls says she was out and has been having health issues and having hospital visits and that’s why she can’t always return the calls. People have to take time off but maybe this agency should look into having a back up plan. When she finally talks to me this morning she says they can’t help us because of distance. We are in Salem and they are in Lynn? I am confused.

Very unprofessional. Employees only show up half of the time. Most of them either don’t speak any English or barely speak English. They don’t know how to use appliances and don’t know which cleaning supplies clean what surface areas. When they can’t clock in or out on their phone, they ask you to call the office because they don’t speak/understand English. I have to constantly check on what they are doing and how they are doing it because they don’t understand anything you tell them. My dishwasher full of dirty dishes has been unloaded several times because they don’t understood that the dishes in there are dirty. An air freshener has been used inside the toilet to clean it, a vacuum cleaner has been used to suck in huge pieces like kleenex tissues and large plastic pieces. My empty medicine bottle has been thrown away with all my information on the label still attached, which is a HIPAA violation… and I can go on and on. The employees don’t always come in on the weekends and there’s no one available in the office to notify. Employees are not being trained at the start of employment before they start working. They don’t know how to make a bed, they don’t know how to fold towels, they don’t know how to do anything. Feels like this agency is a joke. I’ve never seen so much unprofessionalism in my life. And no one cares when you talk to someone in the office.
