I was signed on for services when I committed to knee replacement surgery. I was incredibly impressed with the attention and care I received from the intake process to service delivery. The communication and dissemination of information was prompt and transparent. My service providers were extraordinary and contributed significantly to my quick recovery. Grace, my nurse was a bright spot as she visited on Monday's to make sure I was healthy and on track with respect to wound care. And my PT, Michael was the medicine I needed. Highly skilled yet so friendly as he pushed me to achieve greater mobility. His workouts were instructive and he had a range of tips on how to better move. In my four weeks of therapy I made such progress. Michael is a phenomenal asset to Center Well. I hope when I get knee #2 done next winter both Grace and Michael will be in my corner. With thanks and appreciation.

My mother is 75 years old and had hip replacement surgery. Everyone who came to help in her recovery were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to really explain everything and are very patient. Ann, Henry, Kelly, Amy and Jean were really great.

The therapists have been spot on. Yvonne was the first and she found the spot immediately. Jean came a number of times and each time my pain level was released. She massaged my hip and found the nerve immediately. She also massaged the small of my back and my neck. She was outstanding! I could use her every week. Henry came once. His hand was so strong that he massaged the entire spot and a lot of relief was felt after he got finished. I hope I’ll be able to get additional support if and when I need help.
