Extremely unreliable for elderly home visits. They frequently miss scheduled appointments without any notice and rarely return calls. The elderly are left waiting from early morning, hoping someone might eventually show up to administer a critical medication that’s supposed to be given every morning.

Horrible time management. Brow beating to schedule appointments. The first nurse was incompetent. Checked lungs and said they were clear. That evening rushed to the hospital with pneumonia. Her response was, "That's weird." Her braids were all over her face and his face. The second nurse, nice, but just showed up on Monday... no call. Then she told us she will come Monday's, Wednesdays and Fridays. "but had no idea what time". Frank tires easily and has doctor follow-up appointments and they still insist on scheduling an appointment. O.T. and P.T. are great. OT evaluation was outstanding. Forcing 6 patients a day is not my problem. I would not recommend your agency to anyone.

First time using this company was a good experience, but perhaps the management changed. I personally spoke with the manager to arrange home health care for my mother. Initially, she was being belligerent about not providing the service without a prescription for both nursing and OT. After arguing this point, I told her to contact the surgeons office for the additional prescription they needed. One day later, she assured me she had everything she needed to proceed. Fast forward a few weeks in anticipation of the first appointment and no one calls or shows up. My mother called the office and they said they had no prescription for a home nurse. It's hopeless to argue with incompetent representatives. I asked my mother to cancel all requests, we'll be looking elsewhere for real care.

Nancy our nurse was amazing! She made us feel so comfortable during our visit. She was thorough with her examination of our son and also made sure to check in with us on how we were doing. We felt such peace of mind with each visit knowing our baby was in good hands. I highly recommend this company.
