My mother used the service for few months and I just called to terminate the service because she will use a different service. The person whom answered the phone was in an urgent to go home or to not work as a customer service. She was very rude. Thanks good it was me and not my mother who called because this person apparently had a bad day today. I asked to be transfer with her manager and she did. The reason why I’m making a big deal about this is because this company is in charge of taking care of people and if the people who works at the office is that rude I cannot imagine how they do with the elderly at home. The manager just said. Well we have more than one person in here, I do not know how answered. Omg! but I called twice and the same lady answered! I do not know if I feel bad for the lady rudenesses of for the response from her manager. But good bless both of them and the people who need the services from this office.

I had the best nurse and he supposedly left. I got another nurse and she is very pushy and just walks into my home like she has permission to do so. I live with others and it's not my home. I have a situation that is out of my control and she made me feel very uncomfortable like I was lying because it fell threw and I didn't call her.. I want to cancel services but idk if I can. My anxiety is now threw the roof and the people I live with are mad at me. Idk what to do anymore.
