The staff and the level of care that they provide, both CNA and VNA services are exceptional. In the care for my Aunt I used a total of 4 CNA and/or VNA private companies to care for her. KCH was head and shoulders above all of the other companies. Every company perform their function, per what they are required to do. However, KCH and everyone on the staff truly cared about my Aunts welfare at a level that exceeded my expectations. My Aunt bonded with everyone from KCH and they cared for her like she was part of the family, as opposed to the other companies staff just doing their job.
