I was sorely disappointed with this company. My husband was in the cardiac care unit sedated for 5 weeks with multiple surgeries, leaving only his left arm to ambulate while right arm in a sling and muscle weakness. He needed PT at least twice a week. He was discharged from Spaulding, with those recommendations , on July 6th, and only once did PT come out just for an intake, so no PT for over a week!! I was left with trying to do it myself with him . The nurse showed up with no thermometer or dressing materials Maureen the second nurse who came as with Haleigh,the OT therapist were great.But as far as PT, it was an unpleasant experience. As a nurse, I can say without a doubt, do NOT hire this company, you will be discouraged / frustrated and Jennie the nurse who answered concerns was useless.
