I've been waiting for over two weeks for VNA services after being discharged from the hospital. They said they called me with my new cell number, but I never got any calls. What's weird is that I registered today at Patient Gateway and they updated my new cell phone number. Is Cooley Dick and Patient Gateway the same?

A lady who does the scheduling actually will gaslight me and I then don’t receive the services ordered. I find this behavior abusive and it left me neglected.

They don't keep their patients for along time, They told me I am not entitled to long range services because I am not home bound. But Medicare defines home bound as if you are using a walker and have no way to get around accept using a van that services the disabled they are considered home bound This is who I am. So why did they drop me as their patient. I am 72 yrs. old been on Social Security Disability since 2009. Why don't they follow what Medicare guidelines state what home bound is. Instead they define home bound as bed ridden.... you can't leave your place where you live. This is not home bound..... Somebody needs to stop this practice from happening,,,,, Sincerely Yours, John Rella

Cooley Dickenson VNA & Hospice is AMAZING! In the fall of 2022 Cooley Dickenson VNA & Hospice provided services to my 91-year old mother in her home in Amherst. They were so helpful in giving her the care that she needed. Her health improved and she no longer needed their services (for a few months). In April 2023 it became evident that she, again, needed additional attention. She was now living in an assisted living facility in Leeds, MA, and it was time for more help as her heath took a turn for the worse. Cooley Dickenson VNA & Hospice was quick to provide her with a hospital bed, oxygen and other resources right in her apartment. Over the following 3 weeks, until she passed away, the service and care that she received was outstanding. I was particularly impressed with how seamlessly the VNA staff collaborated with the assisted living staff. At no point was there any confusion about who was to be doing something. It was remarkable and made for a wonderful experience during the last days of my mother's life. I was able to be by her side and support her transition to the next life, with the guidance of both the VNA staff and the assisted living staff. I would not have wanted it any other way. Thank you Cooley Dickenson VNA & Hospice for such an amazing and beautiful experience during the final days of my beloved mother's life. You are truly the BEST!
