I definitely would not recommend them or their “sister”, “facility- for vna or HHA”, “PCS= patient care solution”. They did everything but resolve any issues we always had! Afters years of dealing with PCS and now forced to go to Ideal Health, been a few days, and having same experiences? ! I am all set!! Goodbye to all! Last day today! p.s. calling their number, Ideal Health, press #1 to leave message, 🤣🤣yea right, “mailbox full and cannot receive any new messages “, Or option to speak to on call supervisor, press 0, 🤣🤣🤣 “no one available to answer that extension! Like I said, I’M all set with both! CHECK YOUR EMAIL, hopefully that’s working!
