Inequal treatment to some clients looking for excuses to not give utmost care to all that need the VNA in an area that does not have alot to offer the people in need Do not understand how to care for or handle situation with Individuals with severe, hard to understand, mental disabilities Really nasty to caregivers forgetting the goal is to keep patients out of facilities and at home because when you don't cooperate with caregivers and families or respect to hear about situations your staff cause your chose a bad outcome for that client that you refused care to

The visiting nurses are the most caring, knowledgeable, professional and understanding nurses. They are the most amazing group of nurses I have ever had the pleasure of treating me! The physical therapists are also top notch people too! They all work so hard at providing excellent care all around. Thank you B.V.N.A.!!

The service is helpful and lovely, but beware their transparency with billing. They called me in advance of my first visit to inform me that they had called my insurance company and it would cost me $25 per visit (no caveats, just $25/visit), to which I agreed, then proceeded to send me a bill for $250 for 2 visits.

After having a total knee replacement I was informed that the BVNA would be sending Me a nurse to check on my progress for the first 3 weeks. I had the pleasure of having the most compassionate and knowledgable RN by the name of Celeste. She was a true professional and I believe the BVNA is so very lucky to have her as an employee. Hopefully in the future I will not need the services of the BVNA but I know exactly who I will request. Thank You so very much Celeste
