I can't say enough about the excellent care I received from the Centerwell nurses and PTs after hip surgery. Having used Centerwell in the past, there was no question of choosing another agency to care for me. Shout out to Suzanne and Eileen.

I was just discharged today from home care by CenterWell following spinal fusion surgery. I had visits from a nurse, an OT and 2 PTs. First of all, it was great to have some support vs. just being discharged from the hospital and left more or less on my own. (I don't mean I live alone; I just mean not having a professional to check on me as my first post-op visit wasn't until 2 weeks after the surgery.) The level of care from all 3 people who came to my house was excellent. The company also has 24/7 phone support, which is great. All the people I saw were thorough and answered all my questions. I would especially like to give a big shout out to nurse James/"Jay". I found him to be, at all times, not just professional and knowledgeable but compassionate and personable. Thank you so much for making this ordeal so much more bearable!

I was admitted for rehab in late Oct 2024 following back surgery. Unfortunately, medical staff double-dosed me on my heart slowing medication (carvedilol) for several days. Luckily, in my near zombie like condition, I caught the mistake on Nov 1st and it was remedied. Over the next few days, I was able to participate in PT snd OT. Unfortunately, I tested (+) for COVID on Nov 7th and was quarantined w another (+) patient until I was cleared & discharged on Nov 14th. The Personal Care Attendants, activity staff and paraprofessional staff were very nice. The food, though I ate very little, was good.

Excellent care extremely professional nurses and PT. Nurse Judy and PT Tina have helped my recovery from knee surgery go smoothly. The communication between my doctors and their office is superior. They have gone above and beyond to make my recovery get on the right track.

Kindred has just been awesome to my sister. Jill is nonverbal and suffers from a TBI. The team of Jane and Suzanne for nursing have been outstanding and Barbara for Speech is tops. We have used Kindred many times after a hospitalization and would not use any other agency. They are not just only a joy to have in our home, but offer educational information that has been so useful and helpful...Kudos team Kindred!
