Worst run company. Horrible communication. First any interaction with the coordinator Vera was initiated from my end. They randomly changed my worker and no one informed me. Then they didn’t tell my current worker and me what days are off and found out she wasn’t supposed to work Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve until after she worked Christmas Eve and a few hours before she was supposed to come in New Year’s Eve.

my worker comes 2 times a week but paid for 7! anytime I need her after Tuesday she is unavailable to me and I need someone who is going to help me no matter what day it is. when I ask her for help Thursday or Friday it's a fight that I always lose. will be calling tomorrow to get someone that will do their job.
