I wish there was a zero star option. Today, I spoke to Patricia, who is over the nurses, the care care given by the nurses that come are subpar. They did not check current medications, lungs, check for any edemas, or give counseling on medications. When I called Dominion to go over this, Patricia hung up on me! I'm calling BBB.
