I reviewed this company earlier this year due to the insane amount of unprofessional behavior. I dealt with from them and to top it off. They had the audacity to respond to my review by calling it all fake. It’s disappointing that not only can a business not take constructive feedback, but then accuses me of lying and slander. I would not recommend even my worst enemy to have any of their mobility products serviced. In addition to me having a difficult time with all of the employees, my representative, working with me from American Airlines faced the same problems. They’re lazy, unskilled, have no accountability, and lie when having to face the truth

My mother had her scooter throttle broken by American Airlines and was told that All Care was the repair group for the area. I was originally told that it was a simple fix however they consistently failed to communicate with both myself and Global Repair Group (the group that American Airlines uses). I was told the scooter would be fixed and ready for pick up on one day, however when I went to call to for an update Lester was nowhere to be found. After multiple days of both myself and American Airlines trying to get in contact I finally drove over an hour hoping to just pick up the scooter (which was still broken). Lester and his assistant refused to be upfront about his inability to fix the scooter during the week they had it. When I arrived they made me wait outside behind a random personal residence and wheeled out my mobility scooter. When Lester's assistant turned it on the scooter TOOK OFF and almost crashed into the building. He had installed multiple parts wrong and the scooter was now completely unusable. The male manager tried to get me to sign a document certifying the repair and when I refused he got extremely aggressive with not only me but also my handicapped mother who was in the car. An elder female manager came out after a few minutes and said that they wanted another chance to fix the scooter and began to make nasty comments to both myself and the American Airlines agent that was present on the phone. Both managers began to crowd me and block my way to my car. Long story short DON'T trust All Care to fix your mobility devices they are unprofessional and scammers who pray on the elderly. They were supposed to fix my mothers scooter and instead threatened and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. Shame on all the employees of All Care

ALLCARE arrived on time when they stated they would. Delivered the ramp for my father-in-law. They set it up and showed us how it opened up and how it closed They answered all our questions. Great job. Thank you.

almost five weeks ago I contacted a Mr Lester Davis at All Care Services which is advertised as a business involved with helping the handicapped. He had looked at my stair chairlift , took it apart and proceeded to leave all the screws and wire and parts on the floor at the foot of the stairs. He did not clean up at all and left it all in disarray where I could have tripped on it or I would have to clean it up myself. He told me he was ordering a switch and would be back on Monday Or Tuesday the following week. He also offered me no show up time . A month later he had still not showed or called about finishing the job and cleaning his mess.. When I called to get an update on what the delay was, I was told that he had not received the part and that they would check there shop and get back to me. They were very rude and Lester Davis would not talk to me on the phone. In the meantime, I still had a mess on my floor that he had left and my chairlift was still not working. I did not want to move anything he had removed in fear that I would lose or misplace anything. I left it how he had left it. I had paid him for his first visit as he insisted that he get paid right away even though the job was incomplete. After more phone calls to get this matter resolved, I was still getting nowhere. By the end of May, I was still waiting. STILL, NO PART!! Ridiculous. I have made it quite clear how upset I am at this point but still no response has happened. So after all of this hassle I didn't want his services any longer. I was too mad at that point. On June, 9th , over a month later, I got message that the part was in. Unexpectedly, Lest Davis arrived at my home. I where greeted Him and told him to leave as we didn't need him any more! Shocked he left. I highly recommend that no one hires this company as they are not responsible to do what they advertised both on face book and especially on the UTUBE VIDEO.
